Little Caesars building new Detroit HQ, adding 600 jobs

DETROIT — Little Caesars Pizza plans to build a new 205,000-square-foot headquarters building in downtown Detroit next to its current headquarters inside the Fox Theatre. The headquarters expansion is expected to add 600 high-skill jobs to the city.

The eight-story Little Caesars Global Resource Center would be the first new office tower construction in the central business district since 2006. Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring and completed by the end of 2016. Little Caesars Fox Office Center will also undergo renovation to include new interiors, open workspaces and technology upgrades.

The new building is expected to feature an auditorium, collaborative workspaces, meeting rooms, training space for franchisees, crews and employees and innovation kitchens. It will also include a flagship Little Caesars store.
