Quest Software bringing 100 jobs to St. Johns

ST. JOHNS, Mich. — St. Johns has announced that fiber-optic technology services are coming to its Michigan Certified Industrial Park, along with 100 new jobs. Frontier Communications, the Clinton County Economic Alliance and Quest Software have formed a partnership to upgrade the technology available to customers inside the industrial park.

Quest Software is expected to add 100 jobs within the next six to eight months as a result of the project. The company provides software to handle claims management, roadside assistance and third-party administration for automotive insurance companies.

The upgrade includes scalable gigabit data services, direct Internet access, gigabit Ethernet services, Voice over Internet Protocol telephone service, network security and WAN and LAN services. The industrial park will become an attractive option for businesses interested in locating to the area once the upgrades have been installed.
